While still in the planning stages, our 14th floor Roof Deck and Sky Lounge overlooks the Cincinnati skyline. We believe that the office building of the future will need to be dynamic and collaborative so are excited to give our tenants a place to host small or large, informal or formal meetings, or even just get away from their workspace and send some emails while sipping coffee and taking in the panoramic views of the Reds, Bengals, Ohio River, and the rest of the Cincinnati skyline.

Our ~ 5,500 sq. ft. full-service fitness center is located on the 10th floor. Locker rooms, a yoga studio and instructor lead group classes are available.
